Accessibility Statement

Formal language version

ic audio GmbH is committed to making its website accessible per the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act – EAA) and the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

This accessibility statement applies to the website: www.ic-audio.com

Status of Compatibility with Accessibility Requirements

This website is mostly compliant with the applicable legal accessibility requirements. Partial non-compliance results from the issues listed below.

Non-Accessible Content:

  • Older PDF documents do not fully meet the requirements for accessible documents.
  • Some images or graphics do not have good alternative text descriptions.
  • Some content (e.g., timeline or image carousel) may not be fully usable with a keyboard or screen reader.
  • Some texts are not showing the required colour contrast.

We are continuously working to remove these barriers.

Barriers Due to Disproportionate Burden

Some barriers on our website cannot be resolved immediately due to economic unreasonableness.

These include:

  • Older content in our product catalogue that was created before the current accessibility regulations came into effect may not be fully accessible. Retrofitting this content would require disproportionately high effort.

Creation of This Statement
This statement was created on June 28, 2025.
The assessment is based on an internal evaluation and testing.
