Where we store personal data

After contact via phone, email or website, we store your information in Infor Com, our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. When you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored on MailChimp, our preferred marketing platform. When you purchase a product from our online store, your information is recorded in WooCommerce, our e-commerce software. If we have a business relationship, then in addition to our ERP software, your information is also stored in Datev, our accounting software. We also use these programs because of their high level of security.

What we use personal information for

We use your contact information to send you news about our products and offers. When we do this, you will always have the option to cancel the sending of these messages. It would also be possible for us to inform you about our products and offers via email or telephone. If you let us know that you do not want us to do this, we will no longer do so. We will use your contact information to send you invoices, statements, reminders and other correspondence of a business relationship.

What we do to protect personal information

Whenever we store your personal information with a third-party vendor, we restrict access . We store passwords in an encrypted password manager, set a randomly generated password for each service, and never use the same password twice.

The computers used for this purpose are protected by passcode or fingerprint login. These machines require login when they are booted up or after more than 5 minutes of inactivity. Our mobile devices are also protected by passcode, fingerprint or facial recognition.

We will only use your personal information in the contexts in which it was provided to us. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
